" There was still no winner for the Wisconsin Powerball drawing on Saturday, November 5. Five $50,000 winning tickets, however, were sold across Wisconsin "
Near Green Bay at the Dino Stop Shell and at Jetz in Hales Corners, two winning $50,000 Powerball tickets were purchased. The last three tickets were sold at Kwik Trips in Prairie Du Sac, Onalaska, and Triangle Market in Madison.
For the Monday, November 7 drawing, the Powerball jackpot is a record-breaking $1.9 billion, or $929.1 million in cash. The Powerball drawing on Monday night will be the 41st since the jackpot was last won in Pennsylvania on August 3.
The jackpot run is now tied for the most consecutive drawings without a grand prize winner in the history of the game. The only other Powerball jackpot run to span 41 straight draws came to an end on October 4, 2021, when a Californian won $699.8 million.
A Wisconsin couple split the $632.6 million prize with a player in California earlier this year, winning $316.3 million in the process. The winnings represented Wisconsin's 19th Powerball jackpot overall. Wisconsin is now the fourth-most-frequented Powerball state overall thanks to the 19 numbers.
At 9:59 p.m. CT on Monday, the Powerball drawing will take place. Each Powerball play costs $2. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, there are Powerball drawings. Before 9 p.m., tickets must be purchased in order to be entered in the drawing for that day.
